Il concetto di pratica è al centro della mia ricerca. Nel corso di un anno ho aderito alle pratiche quotidiane di Pianpicollo, assorbendone lo spirito. Dialoghi sul tema con un gruppo di sei persone scelte, durante un periodo di quattro giorni di residenza condivisa, hanno consolidato il lavoro. Pianpicollo non è solo un luogo nel mondo, ma è uno stare al mondo. Non si pone come esempio ma come servizio, alla terra, agli animali, al mondo umano e vegetale. Eccomi, la parola che meglio rappresenta il significato di 'servizio'. Eccomi sono qui, sono pronto. Eccomi prende forma in un quaderno rilegato che raccoglie attimi di presenza. È ispirato alle pratiche, esperienze e testimonianze di Alice e degli abitanti non umani di Pianpicollo. Ha la funzione di un viatico, uno snodo per che arriva, da un mondo fuori a un mondo dentro. Il mio scritto non definisce, esplora, osserva, tenta di restituire un dialogo con il cielo, la terra, gli animali, gli animali, le piante, gli umani e ciò che di sacro che li racchiude. Il tentativo è di agevolare chi legge ad aprirsi allo stupore dell'osservare ciò che è in vita. E forse vuole essere un invito al risveglio. 

The concept of practice is at the heart of my research. Over the course of a year, I followed Pianpicollo's daily routine, absorbing its spirit. Dialogue with a group of six selected people, during six days of shared residence, consolidated my work. Pianpicollo is not just a place in the world, it is a way of life. It does non impose itself as an example, but as service to the earth, the animal, human and plant world. Eccomi, is the word that best represents the meaning of 'service'. Here I am, I am ready. Eccomi materialises in a bound notebook that collects moments of presence. It is inspired by the practises, experiences, and testimonies of Alice and the non-human inhabitants of Pianpicollo. It has the function of a viaticum, a hub for newcomers, from an outside world to an inside world. My writing does not define, it explores, observes, attempts to restore a dialogue with the sky, the earth, animals, plants, humans, and the sacredness which envelops them. The aim is to open the reader to the amazement of observing what life holds. And perhaps it is also a wake-up call.
